Our Business History Since Founded
Tri-Pro Construction Services started with a vision to become a trusted name in the construction industry. After careful planning in 2023, the company was officially established in 2024 with the goal of providing high-quality and reliable construction services in Davao City & Mindanao. The name “Tri-Pro” was inspired by the owner’s commitment to excelling in this competitive and male-dominated industry, proving that expertise, dedication, and innovation lead to success.

She is a licensed Civil Engineer, a graduate of the University of San Carlos in Cebu City. After passing the board exam in April 2023, she started working as a junior quantity engineer and later founded her own company to contribute to meaningful construction projects. She has experience in both vertical and horizontal structures, with expertise in Project Management, Planning, Cost Control, and Estimation.

Tri-Pro Construction Services is a sister company of Montri Steel Fabrication and Construction Supply. It’s a family-owned business with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Montri Steel started as a supplier and fabricator of materials commonly used in buildings such as roll-up doors, cladding, stainless steel, iron works and many more. Tri-Pro Construction Services is built with additional services offered specifically in-depth in the construction field since it is now managed by a licensed Civil Engineer.
